Terms and Condition

$1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your space Fully refundable if minimum enrollment is not met.

A limited number of private rooms with ensuite bathroom available

Limited to 12 guests at our private Masseria

What's Included

• 6 nights of accommodations in our private luxury villa (optional 7th night at no additional cost)
• 5 days of immersive education led by Madeline Donahue

• Diners and lunch at home by Mina Stone
• Transportation to and from Bari Airport at a set time on arrival and departure days
(If your travel plans don’t align with the group transfer, we’ll help arrange private transportation.)
• A thoughtfully designed daily itinerary exploring the beauty and culture of Puglia
• All workshop materials
• Daily breakfast, light lunches when we’re at the villa, and all dinners with wine served each evening (Guests will have free time to enjoy local cafés and restaurants for lunch during day trips.)
• A hands-on cooking class with Mina
• A visit to a local vineyard and wine tasting

• A day on a catamaran
• Bikes for exploring the surrounding area

Airfare and Transportation to Villa

A private mini bus will be leaving from Bari Airport on the first day of the retreat. We’ll help coordinate your travel so you can plan to arrive in time for that pickup. If your schedule doesn’t line up with the group transfer, no worries—we’re happy to help you arrange alternative transportation to the retreat location at your cost. Meet us at the Masseria on Friday June 12 after 5 pm.

Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it to cover the costs of any unforeseen last-minute interruptions. As this trip is non-refundable, having insurance provides added peace of mind and financial protection for unexpected circumstances. Make sure to add CANCEL FOR ANY REASON option.
