By reserving your space on an Undici Undici retreat, you agree to the following terms.

 

Booking & Deposit

A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your place.Your space is confirmed once the deposit has been received.This retreat requires a minimum of 12 participants. If minimum enrollment is not met, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded.Once the retreat reaches the minimum of 12 guests and you receive an official confirmation email, the retreat is considered confirmed and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

 

Payment Schedule

After the retreat is confirmed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and divided into two payments.Final payment must be completed by the due date listed on your invoice. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and release of your space.Bank transfer or Zelle is preferred for final balance payments. Credit cards are accepted for convenience.

 

Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once the retreat is confirmed.If the retreat does not reach minimum enrollment, all payments will be refunded in full.We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and travel interruption protection.

 

Company Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to artist illness, venue issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen disruptions, a credit toward a future Undici Undici retreat will be issued.Undici Undici is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other third-party expenses.

 

Travel & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and securing appropriate travel insurance coverage.Undici Undici is not responsible for delays, losses, personal injury, or expenses incurred during travel to or from the retreat.By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
