Ways of Seeing with Color
7
inspiring days
of creativity in Tuscany
led by
Sarit Werner
Join us this October in the heart of Tuscany’s Val d’Orcia for a week of mindful exploration and creative play.
This mixed media workshop is for anyone who feels curious about making — whether you create often or haven’t picked up materials in years. Through drawing, painting, journaling, and layered techniques, we’ll explore new ways of seeing and respond to light, color, texture, and the quiet beauty around us.
Each day includes guided sessions, gentle prompts, demonstrations, and open studio time to experiment freely. We’ll focus on process over perfection, building confidence through play and reconnecting with the simple joy of putting marks on paper.
As always, the experience extends beyond the studio — shared meals, nearby hill towns, and meaningful time together are part of the creative rhythm of the week.
All materials included.
All levels truly welcome.

Place
The workshop will take place in Tuscany's heart, at Villa Pienza.
This villa in Val d’Orcia is just 15 minutes from picturesque villages like Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, and Monticchiello. Once a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, it has spacious grounds with aromatic herbs and wildflowers, a large swimming pool, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Val d'Orcia and Pienza. Six ensuite bedrooms and a spacious outdoor dining area, make this villa perfect for this workshop.
Closests airports to the villa are Rome (2.5 hours) and Florence (1.5 hours).

We will begin our mornings at the villa with prompts and demonstrations, then head into the landscape to work on location, observing light, color, and atmosphere and translating the experience into personal, process led work.
